Our mission is very simple. We aim to bring freelance specialists and the people who engage them together. As a Freelancer Member you come to the attention of business users who may be unfamiliar with you. As a Business Member you can manage your existing freelancers and find extra support online.		Every member of the freelanceColony team has worked as a freelancer. In fact, our Managing Director worked for one of the UK 's largest Audio Visual Rental companies for 12 years, becoming a freelance AV Technician and Technical Manager in 2000. That gives us a unique understanding of the needs of both freelance workers and business users in this sector.		The needs of our members are paramount to us, and we will react to suggestions to improve our services. We will always be looking to bring value for money to our members and improving our product.
